At Dove Majesty Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services and professional support.
Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Custom Consulting Services
Because consulting services, business audits, marketing strategies, event planning support, and operational recommendations are customized to each client, refunds are not available once work has begun.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to forfeiture of the scheduled session.
Client Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a fair resolution.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through Square, Stripe, or other approved payment processors. Any payment disputes should first be addressed directly with Dove Majesty Consulting.
